1. B2B Platform Usage
Vasudhara Pro is a Business-to-Business application for verified real estate professionals only. Access is granted exclusively for legitimate real estate transactions.
2. Account Security & Device Limits
Your account is personal and non-transferable. Active sessions are limited to 3 devices. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Data & Listings Accuracy
Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Vasudhara Pro does not verify the legal standing of any listed property and accepts no liability for disputes between agents.
4. Credits & Payments
Cloud Credits are non-refundable once used to unlock a listing. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the credit system.
