Welcome to Vasudhara Pro. By registering, you agree to be bound by the following compliance terms and operational guidelines.

1. Platform Purpose & Eligibility

Vasudhara Pro is a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform for verified real estate professionals only. By registering, you warrant that you are authorised to conduct real estate transactions in your jurisdiction.

2. RERA & Legal Compliance
  • Properties listed must comply with RERA or applicable local laws.
  • RERA registration numbers must be accurately entered for applicable listings.
  • Vasudhara Pro acts solely as a technology intermediary and bears no liability for non-compliant listings.
3. Data Privacy & Client Protection

Your client data is encrypted and remains strictly confidential. Vasudhara Pro does not share, sell, or utilise your private client information. You are responsible for obtaining client consent before uploading their data.

4. Non-Circumvention & Broker Ethics
  • You shall not bypass the original listing agent who introduced a property to you via Cloud Search.
  • Directly approaching an owner of a property sourced through another agent without their explicit consent is a direct violation of this EULA.
  • Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination.
5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of listings and images you upload. By uploading them to the Cloud Exchange, you grant Vasudhara Pro and network members a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and present these details to prospective buyers.

6. Prohibited Actions
  • No scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated extraction of platform data.
  • No false or "bait" listings intended to deceptively acquire buyer leads.
  • Account sharing outside authorised sub-agents is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability

Vasudhara Pro is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee transaction success, listing accuracy, or uninterrupted access.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations, fraudulent activity, or compromising network security.
